I’m Wendy—an online fitness coach based in Vancouver, BC, with over 7 years of personal training experience. I help women and men feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their health through structure, accountability, and a no-BS approach to fitness.
But my path into coaching wasn’t a straight line.
I grew up loving sports and movement—but like many women, I struggled to truly feel at home in my own body. That began to shift when I committed to learning the science behind strength training, proper nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle habits. I took it further by stepping on stage in a bikini competition—a challenge that taught me what’s truly possible when you show up with discipline, grit, and consistency every single day.
That’s the energy I bring to my coaching.
I work with women who are intentional—women who are ready to stop making excuses, make time for their goals, and take ownership of their journey. My clients understand that real results—whether it’s fat loss, muscle building, or building confidence—don’t happen overnight. It takes months, even years, of consistent effort, communication, and self-investment.
I’m a tough love type of coach—I’ll support you, challenge you, and keep it real. I’ll guide you through the tough moments, but I expect effort and honesty in return. My clients don’t ghost workouts or hide when life gets busy. They lean in, they ask questions, and they push themselves because they know they’re worth it—and because they know I’m right there with them.
