Hannah is a dedicated fitness coach with six years of experience helping clients transform their lives through fitness. With a diverse background that spans traditional gym training, CrossFit, competitive bodybuilding—where she competed in 11 shows—and lifestyle fitness, Hannah brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her coaching practice.
She believes that fitness is the ultimate vehicle for evolution and transformation, challenging individuals to level up in all aspects of life. For Hannah, true change requires a shift into the best version of oneself, and strength training is the cornerstone of this process.
